Manual quotation request.

Select this option if you require us to provide a manual quotation for goods and or services which are available on-line.
This refundable administration charge* is for a quotation for goods and/or services which can be ordered directly on-line.

Simply enter a "dummy-order" for whatever product(s) and/or service you require (selecting the standard or express processing can determine the approximate lead-time for dispatch). You should add a "Just for quotation" rider into the comment section too.
In the check out elect to pay off-line or by bank transfer, it doesn't matter which option you choose as either will trigger a non-response from us if you have added the "Just for quotation" in the comments. The system will then provide you with an order acknowledgement by email. You should use that as your official quotation. If subsequently you want to proceed you just have to log back in to your profile, select the "Order Information" link and then, using that quotation order as a template, you can create a duplicate or a new revised order should your requirement have altered since. 

* This administration charge is fully refundable if you subsequently order exactly the same goods and/or services in the same quantity with 7 days.  It will not be refunded if your order differs in any way from the quotation.
