These pre-tied elastic loops, approximately 260mm Circ.>>130mm (
130mm(approx.) from knot to loop end) are produced in the UK and are made from our standard tag elastic(black, white & red) and our 1.2mm metallic(Gold and Silver). Discount start at just 5000 pieces. They are neatly bundled in 100's and supplied in units of 1000pcs*. The approximate sizes quoted are firstly, the length all the way around and secondly, from the top of the loop to the knot(it does not include the "tails").
This is a very versatile elastic ring as it will pass over quite large items. As a guide, this 130mm long loop will stretch to approx 300mm at it's most extreme. This is made from our standard luggage/tag elastic. There are no hard, metal or plastic components to snag or cause damage to your item. Unlike loops from some other sources which have "tatty" knots and frayed ends our knot is neat and secure, the ends are smart and tidy, which reassures your customer that you "care" for every detail of your product.

We have been asked many many times over the years about the price of this item. It is a hand-tied item, creating much needed work for home-workers who find it difficult to go out to work, carers, parents etc. On many occasions clients start by purchasing the uncut elastic on rolls, n cutting and tying themselves. Normally the next time they purchase they buy the cut lengths and in nearly all cases they eventually migrate to pre-tied loops. The incidence of different sizes in their cutting systems is usually high and that coupled with the inevitable hand-cramps associated with 1000's of "fiddly" finger repetitions and the time required to produce the loops becomes a major factor in their purchasing decision. In short it takes ages to tie 1000's of loops and experience(muscle training) & skill to produce them consistent and securely.
